Pakistan’s Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif’s visit to India has been a controversial topic throughout in news and media. India’s newly elected prime minister was the Chief  Minister of Indian State Gujarat when the massacre of thousands of Muslims took place in his state and he did nothing to stop the killings rather he supported the perpetrators. Now it was a very hard decision for Mian Nawaz Sharif to decide to go or not to go in the swearing in ceremony of the newly elected prime minister. But Mian Nawaz Sharif opted to go keeping in the mind the international diplomacy and for furthering trade and bilateral relations and for starting dialogues on Kashmir and other disputes, and for easing up the tensions in two countries.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif also met with Indian President Paranab Mukhrjee.

On his coming back, Nawaz Sharif said, "I leave this historic city with a strong sense that the people of our two countries will work together for peace and cooperation. Two foreign secretaries will be meeting soon."

Foods also help to provide  vitamins and minerals but when you're pregnant you need  some supplements as well to make sure you get everything you need. You can consume more  vitamins and supplements in pregnancy.

You will more hungry than usual, but you don't need to 'eat for two' – even if you are expecting twins or triplets.

Have a good breakfast every day because this can help you to avoid snacking on foods that are high in fat and sugar. Eating healthily  means just changing the amounts of different food types  you eat so that your diet has variety, rather than avoiding all your favorites. You will need to be careful with your diet if you develop gestational diabetes – In this case your doctor can advise you better.

Fruit and vegetables in pregnancy:

Eating Plenty of fruits and vegetables is necessary to provide yourself vitamins and minerals and also to avoid constipation. Eat at least five parts of fruit and vegetables a day – these can be fresh fruits, frozen, canned, dried or juiced. Always wash them carefully.

Starchy foods are an important source of vitamins and fiber, they include bread, potatoes, breakfast cereals, rice, pasta, noodles, maize, millet, oats, sweet potatoes, yams, and cornmeal.

Eat brown bread and avoid the white one. For getting the proteins eat the meat but avoid the liver, fish is good, as well as eggs, beans, pulses and nuts. chocolate

crisps

biscuits

pastries

cake

Eating too many fatty foods is likely to make you put on weight. Having too much saturated fat can increase the cholesterol in the blood, which increases the chance of developing heart disease.

Healthy snacks in pregnancy:

If you get hungry between meals, try not to eat snacks that are high in fat and/or sugar, such as sweets, biscuits, crisps or chocolate. Instead of this choose from the following nutritious snacks:

sandwiches or pita bread filled with grated cheese, lean meat, mashed tuna, salmon, or sardines, with salad

salad vegetables, e.g. carrot, celery or cucumber

low-fat yoghurt

hummus with bread or vegetable sticks

vegetable and bean soups

cereals, or porridge, with milk (better without sugar)

Drinks with milk or unsweetened fruit juices

and last of all don't be stagnant, be on the move for a while and then take rest and then again move for some time but don't get tired. Balance is good in everything, in food or in exercise.

Ansar Burney born on 14 August 1956 is the leading  human rights and civil rights activist in Pakistan. He has graduated and a Masters in  Law from Karachi University and also an honorary recipient of a PhD. in Philosophy. He is known as the first person to introduce the concept of human rights in Pakistan almost 30 years ago. He is a born activist and a social leader as he led the youth of People's Students Federation in 1970's and raised his voice against injustice, for civil and human rights and for human dignity. He was arrested three consecutive times for raising voice against martial law and in favor of democracy.

The livelihoods of a large number of residents is dependant on shop retailing, small- and medium-scale trading, construction, transport, several kinds of services, and employment in the government and non-governmental sectors.

Thus, all are not dependent entirely on rain-based crops or livestock-related incomes, though drought does impact in some ways on other spheres.
