Who is Responsible for the Death of Innocent School Going Children?
The heartrending incident in which 17 school going toddlers and their teacher were pushed to death in the Gujrat School Van Cylinder blast just because of the negligence of the school van driver. In fact, only the driver is not responsible, the whole system is responsible for this tragic incident. In Pakistan no one cares for the human lives and is working without any safety measures or safety precautions. Has any school bothered to check that what is the standard of the transport vehicles which carry the children from school to their homes? Are their vehicles fit to perform this responsible duty? The lives of the children and teachers going in these school vans are always at stake.
Almost everyday everyone sees the scene that children are hanging outside of the van and the van is fully overloaded and is swaying from one side to another. This is the care of the young innocent lives and future builders of the nation. After 65 years of independence we are still ignorant and uncivilized. Actually this is the responsibility of the parents, school management and above all the government to check and ensure that the public and school transport is up to the standards and safe for the travel.
The loss of human life is irreparable and cannot be compensated in any way. We cannot judge the pain and agony of those parents whose young and innocent children die in tragic incidents just because of the negligence of all the stake holders. After any tragic incident we cannot escape from our responsibility by saying that it was the WILL of the God. Allah has set the responsibility over us to protect the human life by using all the means. We hope that the new government will take care of these school transport mafia and will bind them to adopt the standard safety rules to prevent the loss of further innocent lives.

10 Ways to Save Yourself from the Evils of Shaitan (Devil) – A Gift for Muslims
Seeking refuge with Allah from Shaytan. Allah the Most High said, “And if there comes to you from Satan an evil suggestion, then seek refuge in Allah. Indeed, He is the Hearing, the Knowing.” [41:36]
Recitation of the two soorahs al-Falaq and an-Nas, as they have wondrous effect in seeking refuge with Allah from evil, weakening Shaytan and protection from him. This is why the Messenger, sallallahu `alayhiwasallam, said: “No person seeks refuge with anything like the Mu`awwidhatayn (soorahs al-Falaq and an-Nas)”. [an-Nasaa’i, 5337]
Recitation of Ayat al-Kursi (2:255).
Recitation of soorah al-Baqarah. The Messenger, sallallahu `alayhiwasallam, said, “The house in which al-Baqarah is recited is not approached by Shaytan.” [Muslim]
The final part of al-Baqarah. The Messenger, sallallahu `alayhiwasallam, said, “Whoever recites the two last verses of al-Baqarah at night they will suffice him.” [Muslim]
Recitation of the beginning of soorahMu’min (Ghafir), until His saying, “wailayhi-l-maseer” (to Him is the destination). (i.e. “Ha.Meem. The revelation of the Book is from Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Knowing, the forgiver of sin, acceptor of repentance, severe in punishment, owner of abundance. There is no deity except Him; to Him is the destination.” [40:1-2])
Saying “la ilaha ill Allah wahdahu la sharikalah, lahulmulkuwalahulhamduwahuwa `alakullishay’inqadir” (there is nothing worthy of worship except Allah, He has no partner, His is the Dominion and Praise, and He is able to do all things) a hundred times.
The most beneficial form of protection from Shaytan: abundance of remembrance of Allah, the Exalted.
Ablution and prayer, and they are from among the greatest means of protection, especially at the time of emergence of anger and desire.
Abstinence from excess speech, food and mixing with people.
Asad Umar – The Great Asset of Pakistan Tehrik e Insaf
Asad Umar has been into limelight since April 2012 when he joined Pakistan Tehrik e Insaf (PTI). Asad Umar is seen with respect and appreciation even by his opponents because of his genius, knowledge and his intellectual style of understanding about the problems of Pakistan. One of the greatest credits he has earned is that he left a most lucrative job in the history of Pakistan in order to join Imran Khan and his party. He was earning more than 50 hundred thousand rupees per month at that time as CEO of Engro Corporation Pakistan. He has contributed remarkable achievements for Engro and in the field of business and has earned Sitara-i-Imtiyaz in respect for his services in 2010.
He joined Engro in 1985 when Engro was in transition stage and was just a subsidiary of ExxonMobil, which was a global oil multinational company. He joined Engro as an Analyst and was serving in Canada and it is the time when Engro was established in 1991. Umar came back to his homeland and started serving as first CEO of Engro Polymer & Chemicals. He was mainly responsible for the development in Food and dairy business of company in the form of Engro Foods. It was due to his efforts that Engro Corporation was transformed into a giant conglomerate (multinational group of Companies in different business fields (diverse).
An interesting thing quoted by Asad Umar is about his first salary, according to him his first salary was mere Rs.8170/- Per month. At that time it was considered a big salary as his boss said that he was being paid handsomely. When he left the company in April 2012, he was getting about 5 million rupees as salary. He has also 2 million shares of company in his assets.
He is a big asset for PTI and no doubt after Imran Khan, he is considered as a genius in the party and true successor of Khan. He is contesting the by-election of NA-48 (Islamabad) on the seat vacated by JavedHashmi. He is the Central Senior Vice President of PTI and is responsible for suggesting economic reforms in the country and bailing out Pakistan from the financial crisis.
What Happened to Media? Raise your Voice before it’s too Late
What has happened to our media, and when I talk about this I talk almost 70% about GEO television network. Just imagine the situation, you are sitting with your family, your mother, your sisters and your children and news program are being telecast and all of a sudden there is some news about some Indian actress and then this news comes with the support of a spree of semi-nude dances and boldest clips of the movies of that particular actress or even actor. Now the situation becomes very embarrassing for whole of the family, everyone is trying to engage himself or herself in some other work shunning away from the TV screen and one of them is swiftly going towards the remote control to change the channel so that the modestly should be preserved. I know there would be some families in Pakistan who wouldn't mind seeing those bold scenes or dances but they would be just 1% of the whole Pakistani population. I don’t know why people are not protesting against these bad practices of media. And this has not happened very quickly, first the media started putting brief news about Bollywood without any bold scenes or dances and when they saw that nobody was protesting then they started putting simple dances and even then when nobody protested they started pouring full tuned dances, clips and bold scenes. I want to ask a simple question that why a news about some actress is a vital part of the news and what information will the public lose if they don’t telecast it and what loss Pakistan will incur without it. And even if they have to give news about Bollywood industry it can be given in a civilized way.
I just want to remind the people of Pakistan that they are the followers of Holy Prophet (Peace be Upon Him) and Islam is our religion and we will be held answerable for not raising our voice against this nudism and vulgarity trend. And I also want to remind that this is Islamic Republic of Pakistan, whose dramas and programs once could be seen with whole family and nobody had to quickly change the channel to avoid embarrassment.
This is general view that whole media in general and GEO television in Particular is pro-west and an agent of western and Jewish lobbies and media is proving this by their vulgar programs. Every other drama being telecast is based upon a love story, and romanticism between young boys and girls, is this what we are teaching to our next generation and youth. Moreover I request the Islamic Political parties to get out of their struggle for power and raise their voice against this pro-Jewish media. Otherwise we shall not escape the punishment when we shall be held answerable and will be asked that why we did not raise our voice against this Evil.
PRINCE2 METHODOLOGY – AN EFFECTIVE TOOL FOR EFFECTIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Introduction
Effective project management is vitalcomponent of a successful organization, regardless of the type of the business and the size of the organization.
From selecting a project, right through to the finishing point, it is necessary to handle the project carefully and manage professionally. This is necessarily the role of the project manager and his team of workers.
Managing and keeping the track of the progress of the project can never be an easy task. Every project manager must communicate to his or her team all the goals of the project, requirements and deadlines which need to be met so that it should be cost-effective, time saving, and also ensuringthe quality of the projectin order to keep the customer completely satisfied.
The plan of the project and relevant documents are therefore very crucial right throughout the project. Better project management cannot simply be achieved without applyingcertain techniques and methods. The example of one such method or technique is the PRINCE2.
PRINCE2 .Definition:
PRINCE actually stands for Projects in ControlledEnvironments. Going back to history, this method was first setup by the Central Computer and Telecommunications Agency (It is now called as the Office of Government Commerce).
The method also helps you to isolate and identify, thereafter assign roles to the different employees of the organization based on their expertise. There are many successful projects listed in the history which effectively used the PRINCE2 project management methodology and secured their goals.
This method deals with the various aspects that need to be managed in any given project.
The diagram below clarifies the idea.
The seven principles illustrated in the above diagram must be utilized if the project is to be labeled as a PRINCE2 project. These principles will demonstrate whether and how well the project is being accomplished using this specific project management method.
In the same way, the themes of PRINCE2 relate to the seven principles that need to be referred to at all stageswhile carrying out the project, if the goal is the successful completion of the project. If compliance to these principles is not carefully ensured from the conceiving of the project through to the completion stage, there is a chance that the project will end up in complete failure.
This role model is not very rigid. Changes can be introduced based on the size of the project, and the requirements and goals of each organization. PRINCE2 has this flexibility for the project and this is one of the many reasons why PRINCE2 is very much popular among the project managers.
The Pros and Cons of the Methodology
This methodology has an edge over others that it is product-based and it also makes portions of the project into different stages making it flexible to manage. This ensures to help the project team to keep their focus on their objectives and deliver desiredresults at the end of the day.
It gives the benefitsof consistent and improved communication between all the team members and also between the team and other stakeholders, thereby giving the team more control of the project.
PRINCE 2 is there to ensure that improvements are being made in the company or organization. The flaws are identified effectively and remedial measures can be taken on the spot and in time.
Run time improvements can be made thanks to the flexibility of PRINCE2 methodology.Run time changes can create some unexpected problems but these are not to the extent to disturb the whole procedure.
Of course there are some to disadvantages, which are limitations in flexibility as compared to other modern project management methodologies. It can have limitations in catering some of the modern project management needs.

Conclusion:
PRINCE2 is a very complex method and cannot be adopted without specialized training. Failure to comprehend precisely how it works, it could lead to a lot of complexities and difficulties whilst in the practical implementation of the project.
It can also be used effectively in short term projects.

Impact of Imran Khan and PTI on PML-N Politics and End of VIP Culture
PTI and Imran Khan could not achieve what was being projected and expected that it would sweep the 2013 Elections but Imran Khan and PTI succeeded to win the province of KPK (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) and form their government. Now the biggest benefit of this incident is for Pakistan that If PTI succeeds to establish a role model government in KPK and develop the otherwise underdeveloped province, it would set a precedent for the other provinces and also for the central government. It is already said that Punjab government copies the actions and statements of Imran Khan. Imran Khan has always been showing his determination to end the corruption, change the Patwari Culture, Change the Thana Culture and end the top level corruption in Pakistan in 90 days. Now the Punjab government, or Shahbaz Sharif to be more precise, is giving the same statements that he would end the PatwariCulture by 2014 in whole Pakistan and change the Thana Culture and end the influence of politician in appointing the SHO's etc. and give the Police a free hand in curbing the menace of terrorism and crimes in Pakistan.
Now this would be the toughest trial for the Punjab government particularly and other provinces generally to compete with the government of KPK. The Chief Minister of KPK Pervez Khattakhas already refused to take the VIP protocol and has travelled from KPK to Lahore without any VIP protocol. Now this is being copied by Ministers of Shahbaz Sharif like SaadRafique and he has announced that he would not take special protocol as he is a Public figure and likes to remain within the public.
Shahbaz Sharif has removed the big feasts and ordered to serve tea and biscuits to the people in general meetings.
This is a good competition and must be continued and it will definitely benefit none other than Pakistan itself. The welfare projects of KPK will be copied by Punjab government and other provinces and it will again benefit poor people of Pakistan. Imran Khan's revolutionary concepts about governance will surely be beneficial even when he is in opposition.

KPK Government Vs Rest of the Pakistan
The dust of the elections and its aftermath and all the noises of the Rigging allegations have settled to a large extent, but still PTI is planning to lodge countrywide protests to get their demand accepted of getting the thumb verification done by the Nadra. As PTI's government has been formed in KPK and its Chief Minister has assumed the office. Now the real battle between the KPK and the rest of Pakistan begins. The battle will be related to performance, style of governance, government writ and many other practical issues. There are many stake holders which will be constantly watching each and every step taken by the KPK government. Their every good step will add to their credibility and will make voters of Punjab to revisit their decision of voting for PML-N (if the Punjab government has been formed really by the genuine votes). The media is more than vibrant and does not spare even the cloths worn by the members of assemblies either they are male or female members and presents them on TV screen with close-ups of lady members of assemblies wearing beautiful earrings, dresses and costly makeup. So in all this scenario now it has become essential for all the provincial governments and central government to deliver because now the people of Pakistan are witnessing their performance on daily basis and rather hourly basis (thanks to the over-independent media). PTI has to deliver at all costs, they have not margin of error, people have great expectations with them and moreover the PTI leadership has made tall claims to remove corruption, ensure the provision of health, education and basic facilities to the down-trodden public of KPK or Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Chief Minister has made a historic speech in the assembly and has affirmed his intention to take along all the members of assembly, whether they are from government or from opposition. He has issued a very strict warning to the civil management of the province to mend their ways otherwise they would be dealt with iron hands and punished on the spot. Now its only the game of time and only time will prove that mostly new, young and enthusiastic team of Imran khan will be able to deliver or not. Let’s hope for the best for KPK and whole Pakistan.
